Cookie Policy

1. The short version
TMarky does not use advertising cookies, third-party trackers, or analytics tags. We use a small number of strictly-necessary local-storage keys to make the Wizard work and to remember your privacy choices. Anything beyond that is opt-in via our banner or the panel (available any time from the footer).
2. Cookies vs. local storage
TMarky does not set any first-party or third-party HTTP cookies. Everything we store client-side uses your browser's local storage, which stays on your device and is never transmitted to our servers. We refer to these collectively as "cookies" below because that is the term most privacy laws (GDPR, ePrivacy, CCPA/CPRA) apply to browser-side storage of any kind.
3. Categories we use
Strictly necessary (always on)
Required for the Service to function. These cannot be disabled because the app cannot run without them.
Functional (opt-in)
Reserved for future UI-preference features (for example, remembering a theme). None are active today.
Analytics (opt-in, default off)
Reserved for future privacy-respecting, aggregate usage measurement. No analytics tags or third-party trackers are loaded today.
AI Chat (opt-in, required for Chat)
Records your consent to use the optional AI Chat feature. Without this consent, Chat is disabled and no messages are sent. You can still use the Wizard.

5. Third-party cookies
TMarky does not embed advertising networks, social widgets, session-replay tools, or third-party analytics. Fonts are self-hosted from our own domain, so we do not call Google Fonts. If you enable AI Chat, the messages you send are transmitted to our AI provider to generate a response, but the provider is not set on cookies through the TMarky site.
6. Global Privacy Control (GPC)
We honor the GPC browser signal. If your browser sends it on your first visit, we automatically record a "reject all" choice for non-essential categories and do not show you the banner.
7. Managing your choices
You can change your choices at any time from the panel (also linked in the footer as "Manage cookies"). You can also clear everything TMarky stores by clearing site data for this domain in your browser settings.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this Cookie Policy as TMarky evolves. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top. For anything privacy-related, contact privacy@absrts.com.
